I just downloaded a game. Where do I find it on my phone?
Each mobile phone stores games differently – most will store it in your Games folder, but occasionally, the game is located in the Applications or Downloads folder. Each of these folders is accessed through the Main Menu on your phone.
My download didn’t seem to work. What can I do?
In many cases, it may appear that your game download did not work as intended. The best way to verify whether your game downloaded successfully is to look through the folders on your phone – there may be a folder that you haven’t looked in, such as the “Applications” or “Downloads” folder. (Folder options may vary from phone to phone).
It is also possible that you lost your network connection during the download process. If this is the case, you should be able to download the game a second time without being charged again (please check your carrier’s policy first).
Lastly, you may not have enough room on your phone to download another application. If this is the case, you should be able to clear some space on your phone by removing another application or a few ringtones before attempting to re-download the application.
How much do Reaxion’s games cost?
Most of our games offer multiple purchase options – such as “purchase” or “subscription” pricing plans. As a result, the price that you pay will depend on the pricing option that you select. In addition, you may incur airtime charges for time spent downloading the game. Game features such as multiplayer may also incur airtime charges. Most wireless carriers bill in increments of kilobytes (KB) for data usage, not minutes. As a result, you may be billed for data that you send or receive through the network.
Can I make a call while playing a game?
If your phone supports this functionality, you will be able to suspend your game, make a call, and then resume your game from the point where you left off. Otherwise, you will have to quit your game before making a call. Many games will automatically save your progress when you quit.
Can I receive an incoming call while playing a game?
Yes. The application will pause and allow you to take the call. Play can resume after your call is finished.
How many games can I store on my phone at one time?
The exact number will depend on your phone, the size of the games, and how many other applications you have downloaded.
Can I change the games stored on my phone?
Yes, you can add and remove games as you please. Depending on your carrier, you may be able to retrieve a "disabled" or "discarded" game, without re-purchasing it.
